UCS Solutions have signed an agreement with 3PAR, a leading global provider of utility storage, to become South Africa’s first Cloud Agile business partner.

Cloud services enable customers to align business requirements with IT expenditure by leveraging on demand computing resources without the constraints and prohibitive costs of purchasing expensive equipment, software and management skills. The demand for cloud services is exploding and is rapidly becoming a popular IT alternative.

The UCS/3PAR collaboration will result in opportunities being identified through a joint marketing effort intended to deliver UCS services with underlying 3PAR technology to the retail and other markets in South Africa.
