Broad Based BEE
We see broad transformation as a strategic requirement necessary to support sustainable growth. We believe in putting our words into action by encouraging full employee participation in all areas of the business.
Our first formal BEE certification is currently underway, and we are expecting to achieve Level 5 compliance. We plan to move to Level 4 over the next year by means of:
- Putting internal programmes in place
- Refining our procurement policy
- Management development and employment equity
- The many CSR programmes that we have underway
