UCS Solutions sees broad transformation as a strategic requirement necessary to support sustainable growth. We believe in putting our words into action by encouraging full employee participation in all areas of the business.

For three years in a row UCS Solutions BBBEE rating has been level 4 and thus UCS is  100% compliant. We plan on maintaining the Level 4 rating and improving it over the next year by means of:

• Putting internal programmes in place to support transformation
• Management development and employment equity
• A more focused approach on Learning and Development for our talent
• Maintaining and involving our employees in the numerous CSI programmes that we already have underway
• Directed spend in order to optimise Preferential Procurement and where possible, encouragement of suppliers to embrace the transformation journey
• Empowerment of the workforce of tomorrow through enthusiastic contribution to the Education Trust fund and careful distribution of funds and laptops to worthy candidates
• Career days for matric students in order to expose them to possibilities in the job market as well as coaching and mentoring in the interview process
• Coaching and mentoring of black woman owned businesses to enable success in their specific industry.
