Our Hiring Process - Join Our Winning Team in Just 6 Steps
- The Initial Step
Register you detailed CV on our online recruitment portal. Our Talent Sourcing Consultants will match your skills and experience against our demand for skills and if there is a successful match, you will be contacted to attend an interview
- The 1st Interview (HR)
Our Talent Sourcing Consultant would conduct the first HR Screening interview. The purpose of this interview will be to determine the company culture and team fit.
- The 2nd Interview (Technical)
Based on the outcome of the first interview, you may be invited for a second interview to determine technical / role specific skills match. Generally, technical assessments may also be conducted at this point. This interview is typically conducted by the Hiring Line Manager and/or Senior Technical Consultants specific to the role. The purpose of this interview is to match technical skills in line with our demand.
- Assessments
Should you be successful in steps 1 to 3, you could be invited to a Psychometric assessment to be evaluated against certain requirements of the role.
- The Executive / Senior Executive Interview
This is the final step of the interview process. The Executive / Senior Executive observes and assesses you from a management / leadership perspective and confirms whether you have met our requirements and confirms the recruiting decision.
- Offer Presentation
After all steps are successfully completed, our Talent Sourcing Consultant will obtain all required information in order to extend an offer. An offer will thereafter be presented and the Talent Sourcing Consultant will see the process through to completion.
